Online bookings are essential all group classes. To help this system run smoothly, we ask all clients to please follow  and respect our booking and cancellation policies. Being a premium service, reformer classes are especially in demand and we request that members only book for what they truly will attend. We want to share the reformer love to all clients.

Booking Classes

Booking classes online requires class credits which can be purchased online or at reception. When you book a class, one class credit is automatically deducted.  You can book classes up to 4 weeks in advance. Please be at class on time – your spot may be given away if you are more than 5 minutes late.

Canceling Classes

If you can no longer make a class, please cancel your booking online. All group classes have a 6 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations 6 hours or more before class will automatically refund your class credit. Cancellations less than 6 hours before class are considered late cancels. We would greatly appreciate if you could go online and late cancel your booking (rather than just not turn up), as this will move a waitlisted client into the class.

Unlimited Memberships

Please only book for classes you are certain that you can attend. If an unforeseen situation arises and you cannot attend (even at the last minute), as a courtesy, please late cancel online to allow a waitlisted client access to the spot. Repeated situations of late cancels and/or no shows are monitored by armaturepilates and will result in suspension of ability to book classes online. If your account records three late cancels or no shows within 28 days, the system will automatically close online booking ability for a week. You are welcome to show up for classes without booking but space will not be guaranteed.

Waitlists

If a class is full, you can waitlist for it. Waitlist spots nearly always come through so only waitlist if you are certain you can attend the class. Once you have been allocated a spot via email you are confirmed for the class. So please check your email regularly. Once you are added to the class our normal 6 hour cancellation policy applies.

Walk-ins

If you have not booked online or are on the waitlist for a class, you are more than welcome to show up and you will more than likely get a spot. Please note that preference is given to booked clients, however if a booked client does not show within 5 minutes of the class start time the instructor will add you into the class.

Assessments, 1:1s & studio sessions

All assessments, 1:1 sessions and studio sessions have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Please call or email reception at least 24 hours before the start time of your appointment or studio session to avoid being charged for the session.  Please note that all assessments, 1:1s and studio sessions are booked through reception and cannot be booked or cancelled online.
