Venture off Lygon Street around the corner to Gale Street and you will find The Annex, armaturepilates’ newest and biggest space. Home to Functional Fitness and Badass Barre, it’s the space for strength & conditioning, weight training, circuits and more. Classes here build on the precision and technique of Strength & Stability classes and extend them into stronger, more global challenges. The Annex is also the location for the Push/Pull Progressions short course and 1:1 personal training.
Functional Fitness involves circuits, suspension training, bodyweight training and more!
Each class is different and mixes resistance and cardio training, always with the Pilates principles and proper alignment in mind. Appropriate for all fitness levels as exercises are modified as needed. Please bring runners, drink bottle and a towel.
