The Series of Five is a modular collection of related sessions, all exploring the intersection of strength training foundations and Pilates principles. Each session is 3.5 hours and can be done individually or in a series. Designed for Pilates (and yoga) instructors to build confidence with strength training, the Series of Five creates practical connections between different but related movement modalities. All sessions include a Pilates-inspired masterclass, hands-on correction and cueing practice and time under the barbells.
