Online bookings are recommended, but not required, for group classes. To help this system run smoothly, we ask all clients to please follow and respect our booking and cancellation policies.
BOOKING GROUP CLASSES AND CLINICAL PILATES SESSIONS Booking group classes and clinical pilates online requires class credits which can be purchased through MIndBody Online or at reception. Group classes can be booked up to 7 days in advance. Clincal Pilates Sessions can be booked up to 14 days in advance.
CANCELLING GROUP CLASSES If you can no longer make a class, please cancel your booking online. All group classes have a nine hour cancellation policy. Cancellations 9 hours or more before class are early cancels and will automatically refund the class credit. Cancellations less than 9 hours before class are late cancels. We greatly appreciate if you go online and late cancel bookings (rather than just not turn up), as this will allow a spot in the class to open up for another participant.
UNLIMITED AND 4/FORTNIGHT MEMBERSHIPS In order for Armature to maintain the variety and volume of unlimited memberships, Armature kindly requests that unlimited members only book classes that they are certain they will be able to attend.
If an unforeseen situation arises and you cannot attend (even at the last minute), as a courtesy, please late cancel online to open up the spot.
Late cancels on unlimited memberships are charged $20. Late cancels on 4/Fortnight memberships are a class credit.
WAITLISTS If a class is full, you can waitlist for it. Waitlist spots nearly always come through, so please only waitlist if you are certain you will be able to attend the class. Once you have been allocated a spot via email and/or txt, you are holding a place in the class, regardless if you have "confirmed" the text or not. This notification will happen more than nine hours before the class. Please check your txt/email/online schedule regularly (very easy through the Armature app). If you are informed of a waitlist spot and you no longer want it, please ensure you cancel that spot prior to the 9 hour cancellation window or standard 9 hour cancellation policy applies.
If waitlisted spots arise less than 9 hours before the class starts, we will advise and offer you the option to be put into the class.
WALK - UPS If you have not booked online or are on the waitlist for a class, you are more than welcome to show up and take any last-minute availabilities in the class. Although it's not guaranteed, you will more than likely get a spot. Please note that preference is given to booked clients, however if booked clients do not show within 5 minutes of the class start time, their spot goes to walk-up clients.
LATE ARRIVALS Please arrive on time as classes have specific warm ups that benefit the safety of all participants. CLINICAL PILATES SESSIONS, CLINICAL PILATES 1:1 and STRENGTH 1:1 All Clinical Pilates 1:1s have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Clinical Pilates session cancellations and bookings can all be managed on line and can be early cancelled prior to 24 hours.
Clinical Pilates 1:1s can be purchased online or through reception but need to be booked and/or cancelled through reception.
REFUNDS While Armature does not issue refunds on unused group classes or sessions, all services are fully transferrable to other humans.
