The t & C's of armature classes
Online bookings are recommended for group classes. To help this system run smoothly, we ask all clients to please follow and respect our booking and cancellation policies.
Being a premium service, reformer classes are in demand and we request that unlimited members only book for what they will truly attend. We want to share the reformer love with everyone!
Booking classes online requires class credits which can be purchased through our MIndBody booking program or at reception. Classes can be booked online up to two weeks in advance.
If you can no longer make a class, please cancel your booking online. All group classes have a nine hour cancellation policy. Cancellations 9 hours or more before class are early cancels and will automatically refund the class credit. Cancellations less than 9 hours before class are late cancels. We greatly appreciate if you go online and late cancel bookings (rather than just not turn up), as this will allow a spot in the class to open up for another participant.
Armature's unlimited memberships (direct debit) are a very generous, in-demand service that we are proud to be able to offer. In order to maintain this service for everyone, we strongly request that unlimited members only book for classes that they are certain they will be able to attend.
If an unforeseen situation arises and you cannot attend (even at the last minute), as a courtesy, please late cancel online to open up the spot. Late cancels and no shows are monitored by Armature on a three strikes system. If an unlimited membership account records three late cancels or no shows within 28 days, a $30 charge will be added to the account after the third instance.
If a class is full, you can waitlist for it. Waitlist spots nearly always come through, so please only waitlist if you are certain you will be able to attend the class. Once you have been allocated a spot via email and txt, you are holding a place in the class, regardless if you have "confirmed" the text or not. This notification will happen more than nine hours before the class. Please check your txt/email/online schedule regularly (very easy through the Armature app). Once you hold a place in a class, standard 9 hour cancellation policy applies. If spots arise less than 9 hours before the class starts, we will advise and offer you the option to be put into the class.
If you have not booked online or are on the waitlist for a class, you are more than welcome to show up and take any available places in the class. Although it's not guaranteed, you will more than likely get a spot. Please note that preference is given to booked clients, however if booked clients do not show within 5 minutes of the class start time, their spot goes up for grabs.
Please make all effort to arrive on time for sessions as classes have specific warm ups that are crucial components of the programming and benefit the safety of all participants.
1:1 assessments, 1:1 sessions & Clinical Pilates sessions
Initial assessments, 1:1 sessions and Clinical Pilates sessions have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Clinical Pilates session cancellations and bookings can all be managed on line and can be early cancelled prior to 24 hours.
1:1 assessments and 1:1 sessions can be purchased on line or through reception but need to be booked and/or cancelled through reception.
