FILOMENA PERRA
Filomena is Armature's resident Functional Fitness and Badass Barre guru. She has worked solidly in the fitness industry for over 24 years and loves every minute of it! With a background & passion for dance, Filomena brings flair and grace to all her classes. She can teach nearly any style of class, but has a special zest for group training (strength, cardio, circuits) and Pilates mat. She holds a Diploma in Fitness as well as certifications in Pilates, TRX and boxing.
She has also created and developed her own programs/group classes that have been taught in studios and gyms around Melbourne. They include Ropeburn, Jumpbeat! and Suspend (a fusion of Pilates and TRX training).

Little known fact about Filomena: Filomena loves everything 1980's. She drives a 1986 Toyota Celica and has a drawer full of florescent leg warmers.
