BUILD YOUR STRENGTH COURSE
For those who have done the Intro course or have dabbled with strength training.
Now practice the movements in a personal, tracked program.
Come twice a week for both an upper and lower body session. Chart your program and by the end of the five weeks, have basic benchmarks for the main movements (squat, deadlift, press and pull).
This course can be done multiple times, as you will constantly be shifting your numbers and variations as your strength and confidence improves.
Build Your Strength
5 week course, 2 sessions/week. Come to one lower body and one upper body session per week.
All sessions with Edwina Ewins.
$275 for 10 sessions
