STRENGTH TRAINING - BUILD YOUR PROGRAM For those who have done the Intro course or have dabbled with strength training, it's time to practice and refine the movements in a personal program.
Come twice a week for both an upper and lower body session. Chart your program and by the end of the five weeks, have basic benchmarks for the main movements (squat, deadlift, press and pull). This course can be done multiple times, as you will constantly be shifting your numbers and variations as your strength and confidence improves. FEMALE STRENGTH TRAINING SEMINAR Join Marcelle Malan to delve into female physiology in relation to weight and strength training in Armature's popular 2 hour Female Strength Training seminar. Understand how to train with your cycles (when to go hard and when to rest). Marcelle will help you separate fact from hype in a straight forward, fun way. This session is super informative and motivating and includes extensive notes and a follow-up session with Marcelle.
