STRENGTH TRAINING - BUILD YOUR STRENGTH For those who have done the Intro course or have dabbled with strength training, it's time to practice and refine the movements in a personal program.
Come twice a week for both an upper and lower body session. Chart your program and by the end of the five weeks, have basic benchmarks for the main movements (squat, deadlift, press and pull). This course can be done multiple times, as you will constantly be shifting your numbers and variations as your strength and confidence improves.
Strength Training - Build Your Program 5 week course, 2 sessions/week. Come to one lower body and one upper body session. All sessions with Edwina Ewins. Next intake starts Sunday 24 July 2022. $265 for 10 sessions
