Nestled at the prominent Lygon/Victoria Street intersection, 354 Lygon Street is the place to enjoy the sleek and sexy reformer beds.

The reformer provides resistance with an added sense of control. All work is contained on a single moving carriage. Different spring choices make exercises either more-core or peripherally focused. Great for both mobility and strength. A full-body, fun and inclusive workout, with every class having its own distinct routine. 

Reformer 
​Basics

Just because it's called Basics, doesn't mean it's easy. Work on and build familiarity and strength in the fundamental reformer positions. If you are new to reformer, this is the class for you. But even if you are more experienced, this class is still a great choice for a solid, steady workout. Basic classes are prenatal friendly

Reformer 
​ Open

 A step up from Reformer- Basics for coordination, strength and endurance. Taught in layers and choices of spring options, dial up or dial down the options as needed and enjoy a full body, fun, varied workout.
​Open is not appropriate for prenatal past 16 weeks.

Reformer 
​ Intermediate

A fast-paced and thoughtfully choreographed class for those with experience on the reformers. Additional progressions and layers are offered to make exercises that little bit more complex and challenging. ​Athletic is not appropriate for prenatal past 16 weeks or serious  injuries.
