Compliment and progress the bodyweight work of pilates and the spring-loaded work of reformer with strength training. Do not fear if you have never before set foot inside a gym - we will guide you all the way.

Strength Training - Open and BasicsStrength Training teaches barbell technique and progressions towards using the barbell. Scaleable for everyone and accomodating to individual needs. Basics classes move slower through the programming, have more technical explanations and welcome beginners. Open classes cater to all levels and are scaled appropriately.
All classes focus on practicing two barbell lifts/session and developing confidence over time. This is followed by accessory exercises, mobility and core work. Prenatal clients welcome. |
Strength Pilates 50/50A combo class of weighted Pilates mat work and traditional dumbbell and bench strength work. Spend half the class completing functional strength movements and the other half working with light weights and resistance bands on the Pilates mat.

Strength HIITStrength HIIT gets the sweat on with a steady mix of strength and cardio movements, done in intervals and designed to challenge both the muscular and vascular systems. Using dumbbells and various props, everyone works in their own space/on own mat to timed bursts of intensity followed by rest.
Get sweaty. Have fun in a community and encouraging atmosphere. Open and scaled to all levels. Jumping and impact movements have modified options and everyone is always welcome to do as much or little of the program as suits their body. |
