Reformer class with programming suitable for pregnant women at all stages of pregnancy. Taught by Dani Thomas, this class runs Tuesdays 7.30pm in Armature Reformer. Postnatal women also welcome.
Prenatal women who have been attending reformer classes are welcome to continue attending Reformer Basics and in some cases, Reformer Open.
Reformer Mums & Bubs
A Reformer class for Mums & their not-yet crawling bubs. Bubs can hang out on a rug or mat or in their capsules while Mum works out with a reformer program tailored for post-natal women.

Pilates Mat Prenatal
A prenatal specific class using small props and wall-mounted springs for exercises. Most women are 20+ weeks when they join these classes, held in Armature Pilates on Mondays 6.15pm with Georgia Hlede and Saturdays 9.00 and 10.30am with Sophie Jeffries.
Prenatal women can also attend Pilates Mat with modifications.
Pilates Mat combines all ranges of spinal movements and builds core strength and suppleness. A compliment to strength training or a stand alone dose of mobility and body weight work.
Movement for Birth is a specialty workshop run every few months by Pilates instructor and postpartum doula Sophie Jeffries. Sophie will guide your remarkable, resilient body to give birth with ease. The second session includes birth partners.

Armature's clinical pilates sessions have a maximum of 4 clients with each person working on their own special program under close supervision from the instructor. Programs are tracked and modified weekly and involve a variety of equipment and props.
