Reformer Mums & Bubs
A Reformer class for Mums & their not-yet crawling bubs. Bubs can hang out on a rug or mat or in their capsules while Mum works out with a reformer program tailored for post-natal women.

Pilates Mat Prenatal
A prenatal specific class using small props and wall-mounted springs for exercises. Most women are 20+ weeks when they join these classes,

Prenatal women can also attend Pilates Mat with modifications.
Pilates Mat combines all ranges of spinal movements and builds core strength and suppleness. A compliment to strength training or a stand alone dose of mobility and body weight work. Prenatal women can be accomodated in these classes.
Armature's clinical pilates sessions have individualised programs that are tracked and modified weekly and involve a variety of equipment and props. Prenatal clients are welcome to attend these sessions. A 1:1 is required before joining the clinical sessions.
