Pre and Postnatal Options at Armature
Pre and postnatal women are welcome across all the Armature venues. All Armature instructors are trained and comfortable to work with pre and postnatal women at all stages.
Prenatal - Up through 16 weeks, most clients are fine in general classes.
After that, they are welcome to attend Reformer Basics, Pilates Mat Basics, Strength Training Basics and Strength Training Open. They can also attend Personalised Pilates at any stage.
Armature has specific prenatal classes on Wednesdays 7.30pm (Reformer) and Saturdays 10.00am (Mat)
Postnatal - Reformer Mums & Bubs is specifically for new parents and their bubs.
Postnatal clients can also attend Reformer Basics, Pilates Mat Basics and Strength Training Basics and Strength Training Open and work at their own pace as they gradually rebuild their bodies post-birth. They can also attend individually-tailored Clinical Pilates Sessions.
Reformer class with programming suitable for pregnant women at all stages of pregnancy. Postnatal women also welcome.
Wednesdays 7.30pm with Georgina Wilson
Prenatal women who have been attending reformer classes are welcome to continue attending Reformer Basics.
Reformer Mums & Bubs
A Reformer class for Mums & their not-yet crawling bubs. Bubs can hang out on a rug or mat or in their capsules while Mum works out with a reformer program tailored for post-natal women.

Pilates Mat Prenatal
A prenatal specific class using small props and wall-mounted springs for exercises. Most women are 20+ weeks when they join these classes,

Prenatal women can also attend Pilates Mat Basics and Strength Training Basics and Open.
Pilates Mat Basics
Pilates Mat combines all ranges of spinal movements and builds core strength and suppleness. A compliment to strength training or a stand alone dose of mobility and body weight work. Prenatal women can be accomodated in Pilates Mat Basics classes.
Armature's personalised pilates sessions have individualised programs that are tracked and modified weekly and involve a variety of equipment and props. Prenatal clients are welcome to attend these sessions. A 1:1 is required before joining the personalised sessions.
