Sessions are in 50 and 30 minutes formats and run through Zoom. Book through MindBody Online. LInks arrive one hour and then again five minutes prior to session start time.
Armature instructor's classes are recorded and can be done on-demand up to three days after. Book for the desired class and a link to the recording of the session will be emailed to you when the class finishes. You do not have to attend the live stream to get the link.

Pilates Mat - a floor-based class using a combination of Pilates mat exercises, bodyweight strength and mobility, appropriate for all levels
Pilates Conditioning - like Pilates Mat, with the addition of functional patterns like squats, lunges, balance and/or shoulder conditioning, appropriate for all levels
Full Body Blast - uses a flex-band (stretchy rubber band) to simulate reformer exercises and build resistance into the Pilates mat exercises. A step up from Pilates Mat and Pilates Conditioning
Mobility & Release - a mobility-focused class, slower than Pilates Mat and using Pilates principles, appropriate for all levels, focuses on different areas (shoulders, hips, spine) in each class
Circuits & Core - gets both the heart rate and sweat up with cardio-based intervals, mixed with strength training and core exercises
Strength Training - a "sets & reps" based body weight class, can be enhanced with light weights and flex-bands, easy to follow, fitness style
Strength Barre - uses a chair or bench as a barre, majority standing and leg/glut work, can use light weights if available, no dance training required
Core Power - 30 minutes, fitness style blitz for trunk and core strength, stronger than Pilates Mat and Pilates Conditioning, often works with intervals
HIIT - 30 minutes, Intervals to get the heart rate up, mixed with strength challenges
Love Your Shoulders - 30 minutes, shoulder blade conditioning, upper back mobility and strength and spine stretching
Yin Yoga - A release-based yoga practice that targets both muscles and fascia. Promotes breath and relaxation.
