Susan discovered Pilates many years ago when seeking exercise suitable for knee and cervical spine conditions.You’ll find her teaching in the Personalised (clinical) studio, where she enjoys working with clients who are managing ongoing conditions and those who are new or returning to movement.
Her enthusiasm for good form and balance work is contagious, so when you work with Susan there’s a good chance you’ll end up converted to the joys of foam rollers, the Bosu and single leg standing exercises.
She holds a Diploma in Pilates from Tensegrity Training.
Little known fact: Susan loves to cook as a way to unwind.
