VIRGINIA FRIC

Virginia has had a varied career as a dancer, education support worker and business woman. Alongside running her own specialist building company with her husband, she enthusiastically teaches group reformer several times a week. Her classes are infused not only with her infectious smile but also her love of strength training which she builds into the choreography of her sessions. She's a mum of three, always on the go, super organised and able to multi-task like a champ. An early riser, she gets up before dawn to teach the 6am classes here at Armature or do her own training in her home gym. How she gets so much done on such little sleep is anyone's guess!

Little known fact about Virginia: As a child, she appeared many times on Young Talent time and she's been an actress on several ABC television series.
